We hope your rosary will be a cherished tool of devotion for many years. To ensure its longevity, please avoid using jewelry cleaners or strong solvents such as bleach, Clorox, or other household cleaners, as these can damage the materials.

To clean your rosary:

1. Mix warm water with a little mild dishwashing liquid.
2. Gently wash the beads with this mixture.
3. Rinse with warm (not hot) water.
4. Pat the rosary dry with a microfiber cloth.

For rosaries with wood beads, avoid using soap and water. Wood beads should not be dipped in water.

While our items are made with love and care, none of them are blessed prior to being sent out. We recommend that you take your rosary to a local priest to have it blessed. 

Most of the pearls and other materials we use are natural, so there is some variation in color, pattern, or shape. If you feel that you may have received the wrong rosary, please contact us at hi@ourladyofrosaryemporium.com, and we’ll be happy to help ensure that you receive the correct item.

Using the rosary, take the crucifix between your thumb and first finger of the opposite hand. First, make the sign of the Cross and then pray the Apostle’s Creed. Next, move your fingers to the large bead and pray the Our Father. If there are no other introductory beads keep your fingers on the large bead and pray three Hail Marys and a Glory Be. If you have three introductory beads, pray a Hail Mary on each of the three beads, followed by a Glory Be. Announce the mystery and use the next ten beads to pray the ten Hail Marys while meditating on the mystery. When you come back around to the Our Father bead you pray the Glory Be and the Fatima Prayer. You can decide to stop here, or announce the next mystery and keep going!
